Holistic Methodology


The Lucendo methodology comprises on seamlessly integrated outer and inner framework which holistically spans Leadership across 6 distinct but comprehensive leadership areas and their 24 leadership domains. It incorporates research of successful people and companies.


Benchmarking and AI


Lucendo provides a platform with 1000’s of leaders behavioral patterns and scores by area and domains, separating the great from the poor in Proficiency and Maturity grids and this guides leaders along their comparable strengths and weaknesses compared to benchmarks at all scoring levels. AI is used to interpret behaviors in situational context and generating Leadership Development Plans.

Olaf Kreichgauer

Olaf is a business leader and lifelong student of leadership. Author of Legendary Leadership, he brings over 35 years of experience working with Fortune 500 executives and leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Throughout his career, Olaf has witnessed both extraordinary and failed leadership firsthand – and how it impacts people, companies, and societies. These experiences inspired him to create Lucendo and the Lucendo Leadership Quotient™ - the first holistic leadership system that integrates methodology and measurement to help leaders grow by design, not by accident.

Previously, Olaf served as Global Vice President of Strategy & Transformation at Stanley Black & Decker and as Senior Managing Director & Partner at Accenture Strategy. He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from TU Munich and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago.

Larissa Preuss

Larissa is a strategist and leadership practitioner and senior leadership coach with a passion for turning complex challenges into measurable results. With more than 33 years of international experience, she has partnered with Fortune 500 leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia to drive transformation, growth, and cultural change.

Her work has centered on helping senior executives not only craft strategies but also embed them in leadership behaviors that shape organizations and societies. This conviction led her to co-create Lucendo and the Lucendo Leadership Quotient™ – the first holistic system that unites methodology and measurement to help leaders grow by design rather than by accident.


Previously, Larissa served as Managing Director & Partner at Accenture Strategy, as Senior Managing Director of In-house Consulting at E.ON, and as a Managing Consultant at A.T. KEARNEY. She holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering from TU Munich and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago.
